Eligibility :

Essential- (A) (i) A recognized diploma or a degree in Homoeopathy, (ii) A degree recognised by the Medical Council of India Preferably with qualification included in the III schedule of the Homoeopathy Central Council Act, 1973, (B) Four years teaching experience as a Lecturer or seven years teaching experience in a recognized Allopathic or Homoeopathic Medical College,

Preferential Qualification- (A) A qualification in Homoeopathy included in the second and third schedule of the Homoeopahy Central Council Act, 1973 for those possessing Allopathic qualification, (B) Administrative or Research experience in an institution recognised by the Central Council of Indian Medicine and Homoeopathy or Central Council for Research in Homoeopathy or Central Government or a State Government in a responsible position, Age- 28 to 45 years (age relaxation as per rules) provided further that in the case of exceptionally qualified candidates the Governer may relaxe the prescribed age limit in consultation with the Commission.

Other Conditions and qualification- According to Uttar Pradesh Homoeopathy Medical Colleges (Arjan and Prabirn Upbandh (rule-6(3) of regulation-1981) if any teachers apart from-09 Provincial Medical Colleges) if applies then those teachers would be given preference than other teachers.

In this advertisement O.M.R. Application system is applicable. The candidates may obtain O.M.R. application forms on cost payment from the Head Post Office of the Districts or from the Post offices, from 17 April, 2010 . The cost of the O.M.R. application forms has been fixed as Rs. 140/- for Series DIRGEN (General candidates, OBC candidates of U.P. and all candidates of other States) and Rs. 100/- for Series DIRRES (SC of U.P. & ST of U.P.). The candidates under horizontal reservation (PH of U.P., D.F.F. of U.P.women of U.P. and Ex-Army personnel candidates of U.P.) shall purchase application form according to their main category.
The candidates must keep a Photocopy of their O.M.R. application form with them. They must mention their OMR Form No. in the correspondence with the Commission in future. Form set purchased from the Post Office will contain OMR application form, conventional application form, one envelope and instructions booklet. Candidates will ensure the receipt of both OMR application form and conventional application form keeping in the envelope of form set in the Commission’s office before last date.

Note : (1) Revised pay scale will be admissible on the recommendation of sixth pay commission as declared by the Government. (2) The new pension scheme will be applicable which is to be declared by U.P. Government. (3) Regarding the essential qualification candidates should annexe their marksheets of all years/ semester's and should mention their total marks/obtained mark's and percentage on the formate otherwise candidature may not be considered.
