Dr. Vijay H. Vaishnav MD (Hom), is a former Professor and Head of Dept. of Materia Medica at Smt. C.M.P. Homoeopathic Medical College, Mumbai, India. He has been invited to lecture at many other institutions in India and also internationally. He has also lectured at the Hahnemann College of Homoeopathy in the UK, the National College of Naturopathic Medicine, Portland, Oregon (USA) and the Caduceus Institute of Classical Homeopathy, Santa Cruz, California (USA). He also had a five day advanced seminar at Vienna, Austria organized by the Studentinnen Initiative Homöopathie for homoeopathic students and doctors. He has been invited to lecture to members of the Bombay Ophthalmic Association on the “Role of Homoeopathy in Ophthalmology” where he presented many cured cases of uveitis and vitreitis. He was a faculty at the international conference on ophthalmology “Eye Advance”.

In association with his wife, he has developed a web site www.drvaishnav.com that aims to increase the awareness about homoeopathy among lay persons and also be a learning center for students and practitioners of homoeopathy.
