Dr. S Chidambaranathan BHMS., MD [Hom] is a successful practitioner in the field of Homeopathy, having vast experience in treating patients in India and abroad since 1992.

Popularly known as Dr. Cheena, he has 14 years’ experience in treating patients from his Laxmi Homeo Clinic in Madurai. He has also been a visiting honorary consultant to Jain Dispensary, a charitable hospital, for more than 12 years.

He completed his B.H.M.S. degree (Bachelor of Homeopathic Medicines and Surgery - 5½ years) at the Government Homeopathic Medical College & Hospital, Thirumangalam and M.D (Hom) at Ahmedabad Homeopathic Medical College, Ahmedabad.

He is the authorised Mother NGO Consultant in Rural Education and Development Society (REDS) for the project of ISM & H, which is funded by the World Bank to protect each and every system of medicine. He is also working as honorary visiting lecturer in Saradha Krishna Homoeopathic Medical College, Kulasekaram.

Dr. Cheena renders service to the Indian government as honorary consultant to Southern Railway, Madurai. He also renders service to the poor as a vice-president and research medical officer of Human Care and Homeopathic Research Centre, Madurai.

He has been elected twice in succession as a first-class committee gazette member of the Tamil Nadu Homeopathy Council, which is an advisory body to the government. He was elected thrice as vice-president to the Qualified Homoeopaths of Madurai, and organised many CME programmes, seminars and camps.
