There are about 45-46 Kali compounds which are used as Homeopathic remedies but among them only 25 are listed in the Indian Homoeopathic Pharmacopoeia. These 25 are the most commonly used Kali remedies which have been used since long in homeopathic prescription. The Pharmacopoeia lists a detailed account of the name, source, empirical use, homeopathic use and the cautions pertaining to the use of these remedies. Below we provide you the list of Kali compounds standardised according to the Indian Homoeopathic Pharmacopoeia:

17.	Kali phosphoricum	K₂HPO₄	174.18	Mild saline, cathartic and Diuretic	A great nerve remedy. Causes are usually excitement, overwork & worry. A good healing remedy for post-operative cancer cases. States of decay.

20	Kali sulphuricum	K₂SO₄	174.26	Laxative, now obsolete	Oxaluria, ailments accompanied by profuse desquamation. Yellow mucous and serous discharges.
21.	Kali tartaricum	K₂C₄H₄O₆	470.50		Paraplegia	2X and higher to be triturated. 6X may be converted to liquid 8X.
22.	Kali bicarbonicum	KHCO₃	100.11	Baking powder, diuretic, also an electrolyte replenisher	Similar to Kali carb. Acts better for improving appetite.	Potencies upto 3X to be kept in well closed containers away from dampness and moisture.
23.	Kali citricum	K₃O₂C₆H₅	306.40	Diuretic; Expectorant	Hyperacidity.
24.	Kali stabyltartaricum	K₂C₈H₄O₁₂Sb. 3H₂O	668.00		It is the German name for Antim tart
