All great things are simple,
and many can be expressed in single words:
as Miasm is the cause of sickness of the suffering humanity.

Prologue :-

The object of medicine is life, the aim of medicine is to make life healthy when it is ill, and in other words the object of medicine is to keep life in harmony within trinity of life:

Vital Plane  <------>   Dynamic Plane  <------>   Physical Plane

According to the Master the Vital Principle of a life form is in a homoeostatic state as a result of synchronized function of the complete organism. This homoeostatic state of an individual is the peculiar individual constitution; it's the effigy on which the individual builds himself. This Dynamic Homoeostatic Peculiar Individual Constitution is an ensemble of characters which reflects his Totality to the outer world and is the grand reflection of his Biological Existence. Dr C.F.S. Hahnemann being visionary & genius in the field of medicine, established a precise system of Medicine, which acknowledges this Dynamic Homoeostatic Peculiar Individual Constitution as the essence of life & any disruption of this Dynamic Homoeostatic state imitates as picture of disease, in the sick individual.

The Master expresses disease as a dynamic disturbance of harmonious relation which exists within the trinity of life. The Indomitable Pioneer of Dynamic Therapeutics taught that Susceptibility to the exciting factors lies in the fundamental cause which is attributed to the chronic miasm's.the etiology of the disease, the constitution, the temperament, the diathesis, anamnesis,& the totality of sign and symptoms are the imperative factors which are essential in framing the picture of Miasm's.

Dr. S. Hahnemann, by his Reasoning and Logic, excluded the other probabilities and concluded that obstacles responsible for the relapses and are caused by chronic miasm's which he propounded in his stupendous monumental work " the Theory of Chronic Disease .........................."

Hahnemann's Theory of Chronic Disease:-

In formulating / devising his "Theory of the Chronic Miasms," Hahnemann did for pathology what he had already done for therapeutics; he reduced a great mass of unsystematized data to order by making a classification based upon general principles. This classification of the phenomena of disease led to the broadest generalization in pathology and etiology that has ever been made and greatly simplified and elucidated / expounded / clarified / the whole subject.

Hahnemann reduced all the phenomena of chronic disease according to their causes to four fundamental classes:- {acc. To Dr. S. Close}

Chronic Disease

Taking the entire mass of morbid phenomena, he first eliminated all of the numerous symptoms and so-called diseases which are merely local, temporary and functional, in persons otherwise healthy, due to non-specific causes, such as indiscretions in diet or regimen, mechanical injuries, undue exertions or indulgences, emotional excesses, etc. Such conditions are not true diseases, but mere indispositions, which disappear of themselves under ordinary circumstances when the cause is removed, or yield easily to corrective hygienic, dietetic, moral or mechanical measures. They ordinarily require no medicine. In this class of cases are included many of the so-called occupational diseases, caused by exposure of healthy persons to noxious influences incidental to environment or vocation, such as unsanitary dwellings, exposure to fumes and emanations from chemicals, absorption of minerals such as lead or copper, etc. The treatment of such conditions involves merely the removal of the cause, and, in some cases, antidoting the poisons, chemically or dynamically.

The next step consisted in collecting into a class all the phenomena known to be due to those ancient, widespread and malignant scourges of mankind, the venereal diseases Syphilis, already recognized as the fundamental cause of a large number of symptoms and as a complicating factor in many diseases. The Master of Dynamic Therapeutics was not much bothered about the primary contraction of syphilis. But he was more concerned with the effects of the disease which have filtered down through generations affecting the constitutions of the individuals viciously. According to Master, Miasm of Syphilis is a deadly poison, once driven internally, it characteristically annihilates the system holistically, destroying certain constituent elements in tissues and altering the structure of bones and ligaments, and producing the deepest level of perversion at physical and mental plane.

Genesis & Amplification of Miasm of Syphilis

Syphilis is a comparatively modern disease, but is the basis of many constitutional troubles. In Hahnemann's words in impure coition the specific infection probably takes place instantaneously at the point of contact and friction.

When the infection has taken hold, the whole living body is overcome with it. Directly after the moment of infection the formation of venereal disease begins in the whole of the interior... It is only after this penetration of the evil received into all the organs, only when the transformation of the whole man into a venereal subject ... is complete ... that the morbid state tries to ease and to palliate the internal evil by producing a local symptoms (called a chancre) which first appear as a blister and then breaks out into a painful sore.' Hahnemann considered syphilis as the diathesis which endangers the least the chronic diseases. Its consequences are seen from time to time. When the local symptoms of syphilis, i.e., the growth on the genital organs are removed by cauterization or by surgical means, syphilis manifests itself in another more dangerous manner.

Modern surgery is another great source of suppression of this Miasmatic Scourge, the consequent prevalence of constitutional taints of Miasm of syphilis are indeed due to surgical intervention by the specialist and the surgeon of abdominal, pelvic, aural and throat diseases. This could be exemplified by following example....

Peritonitis makes its appearance in women, after the suppression of a leucorrhoea, or after an operation upon some of the pelvic organs that were ravaged by the consequence of Miasm of Syphilis. The relation between the secondary inflammatory process, and the suppression of a specific venereal leucorrhoea could never be established by an Orthodox Physician neither could they see why one case of peritonitis is speedily cured and another runs on to pus pockets, extensive adhesions, and perhaps perforation. Operations on the rectum, removal of hemorrhoids, the suppressions of hemorrhoids by salves and medicated suppositories., rectal injections are all modes of suppression and should not be employed, as many cases of hemorrhoids, proctitis ,and other diseased conditions in the rectum are due to be miasmatic stasis.

Some prime example of effect suppression of Venereal Miasm:-

1.	Spasmodic pains of abdomen, bowels, womb, bladder.......... Increasing to a kind of painful Hysteria / Mental Weakness / Insanity
2.	Slight cough or rare attack of Dyspnoea Breaking into pulmonary ulceration or galloping consumption.
3.	Slight swelling of feet Passing into genralized Dropsy
4.	Weakness of sight or hearing Turning into Amaurosis or Deafness.
5.	Infrequent Giddiness Apoplexy.

Thus it becomes clear that those morbid states which arise from clinical acute conditions have deep seated miasmatic taint. Shallow minded persons who cry Tolle causum can only further deteriorate the condition of sickness before they start perceiving the picture of sickness from Hahnemannian Viewpoint.

Finally, as I conclude my article I would like to Quote what Master narrated in {$} Aphorism 4 .........

"The physician is like wise the guardian of health, when he knows what are the objects that disturb it, what produces and keeps up the disease, and what will remove it,".

The reverse of this would read like this, he who does not know what objects disturb to vital force or keep up the disease, is not a true the vital force or keep up the disease, is not a true guardian of health. In order to cure disease intelligently we must regard the fundamental cause, the Miasm, and if we fail to perceive and practice what the Master has gifted us then we are guilty of the most severe treachery.
