| Homeorizon.com invites articles/ case studies /research reports /historical documents/ seminar reports /book and software reviews that focus on homeopathy, general medicine, complementary & alternative medicine and health related issues. We provide you with a platform to discuss your concepts, views and experiences with about +50,000 monthly viewers from more than 32 countries. The guidelines laden herein are only a framework to help you plan and record your work in the best possible and effective layout. You are free to discuss if at all you have any problems with the format/pattern; you can mail to us at editor@homeorizon.com The Editors reserves the right to edit and rewrite all articles or letters. Authors will be notified concerning acceptance, recommended revisions, or rejection of their manuscripts no later than three weeks after the manuscript is received. At times, longer delays may be unavoidable. Authors are fully responsible for the accuracy of quotations, references, and data submitted. Guidelines for Contributors of Articles/Essays/Cases:
Instructions for Manuscript preparation Software and Format: All work MUST be in either Rich Text Format (.rtf) or Word document (.doc) Filenames should contain only alphanumeric characters and underscores (_) and end in an .rtf or .doc extension only. Microsoft Office 2007 native format is not acceptable - if using Microsoft Office 2007 use the "Save as ..." option and select "Microsoft Word 97-2003" in the Compatibility drop down menu. Articles must be typed in double space. Paper Format: Papers should have the following sections: 1. Title of the paper. 2. Authors' names along with a short profile and a picture (if possible). 3. An Abstract of not more than 150 words should accompany the manuscript and should include the problem, considered methods, results, and conclusions. 4. Key words: Around 3 to 5 key words must be provided for the purpose of indexing and information retrieval. 5. Text: It should include the article/essay you wish to share. 6. References must be numbered (as superscripts or bracketed) consecutively in the order in which they are first mentioned in the text details of which are mentioned in the end. The sequence is as follows: Name of author(s)followed by initials (if more than six authors ), chapter title, name and initial of editor(s), full title of the book, volume, edition, place of publication, publisher, year of publication, page number or span. E.g 7. Tables should be prepared using MS word or Excel Tables. Figures included may be submitted in GIF or JPEG format. 8. Homeopathic remedies must be spelled out in full, e.g., Natrum muriaticum. (Nat. m. or Nat. mur are not acceptable) and either italicized or underlined. Homeopathic potencies are indicated as follows: 6X, 30C, 1M, 10M, 50M, CM. Pin (zip): 273008 Instructions for Submitting Case Reports: Original case reports of acute and chronic cases can be submitted. Chronic cases or long-standing cases should include a minimum follow-up of about one year while acute cases should include appropriate follow-up. Contributors are requested to obtain patient’s permission prior to sharing their information/case with Homeorizon.com and its journal. Homeorizon.com will not be responsible for any litigation arising from non-compliance of this suggestion. Change identifying information as necessary. The Manuscript should include: Background: Importance of the subject matter and specific purpose of the report. Disease Description: If presented case is of an unusual pathology, please describe briefly the patho-physiology, differential diagnosis and usual prognosis. Case: Summary of pertinent features of Patient as a person, characteristic features, history of complaints, the clinical findings and important laboratory abnormalities. Homeopathic Workout of Case: This may include appropriate Analysis & Evaluation, Repertorial Analysis & Chart and Final Remedy Differentiation. Treatment: Including Choice of Remedy and Potency with reasons and subsequent follow-ups and changes. Conclusion: Summary of the principal finding and why it is unique or worthy of attention Include details of other auxillary modes of treatment, management, exercise, diet and nutrition plans advised to patient. Scanned Images or pictures of all the Reports/Investigations should be included along with case in GIF or JPEG format. Instructions for Submitting Research Papers Published or Unpublished research reports focusing on Homeopathy and Health related issues can be submitted to Homeorizon.com for publication. It should include the followed headings

Instructions for Submission of Books/Softwares for Review Homeorizon.com invites Books/Softwares related to Homeopathy, Complementary & Alternative medicine and Health issues for exhaustive Review by our team of Editors. Authors are requested to send a Complementary Copy (non-returnable) of Book/Software to the following address: Dr. Anoop Kumar Srivastava, “Chitravansham” Gorakshnagar Singharia, Post: Kunraghat, Distt: Gorakhpur, Uttar Pradesh, India. Pin (zip): 273008 The author or the publisher will bear the cost of the book/Software and the postage for the book/Software.
